Most mornings in Libby, fog sits low over the Kootenai River well past sunrise, curling along Mineral Avenue and softening the mill-town rooflines into gray outlines. BKB General Construction runs its plows into that fog before the rest of downtown stirs, clearing the drives and lots tucked along the river flats where the cold pools thickest.
