Wild Horse Lawn

About Wild Horse Lawn

Mill Brook talks its way through West Windsor all summer, and the meadows on either bank seem to gain an inch at every bend. Wild Horse Lawn brings that wild growth to heel, not broken so much as gentled into lawns that lie down smooth and stay that way. A name with a gallop in it, paired with work at a steady trot: a mower's pass, a trimmer's line, and the small borders that make a property look looked-after. July evenings here run long and gold, and a yard cut that afternoon holds the light like still water. When the first frost silvers the low ground, the season's last pass still lies neat.
