About Cutting Edge Property Services, LLC

Walk the Mansion District at noon and the sidewalks are older than most of what stands beside them, brick and stone with grass leaning over the seams. Cutting Edge Property Services, LLC takes that line back — a defined edge where lawn meets walk and drive, mowing held to one height, the string trimmer worked close to iron fence and porch step. The name is a promise about geometry, and geometry is most of what makes a yard look tended in a town this old. Nothing is left on the concrete when the crew pulls out; no cuttings blow into the street. Between the Capitol lawns and the shaded blocks below Carroll College, Helena has an appetite for a property kept sharp.
