About First Class Property Care

By October the cottonwoods around Havre have gone the color of a struck match, and they let go all at once the first night the wind comes down hard off the bench. First Class Property Care spends those weeks doing the work that keeps a property from disappearing under its own leaves — raking out beds, clearing the corners near the campus and the older streets where the big trees lean over the sidewalks, hauling it off so the lawn goes into winter breathing. The rest of the year it is steady grounds upkeep: mowing on a rhythm, trimming close to the foundations, edging so the walkways read sharp from the curb. Owners who are away, or busy, or simply tired of chasing it can hand over the whole yard and get back a place that looks tended every time they pull in. There is real satisfaction in the last pass of the season, when the ground is bare and tidy and the light is thin and gold across it.
