About Terrascapes

September turns the Little Belts south of Great Falls to rust and gold, and by four in the afternoon the light comes across town low and clean. Terrascapes works the shape of the ground as much as the grass growing on it — mowing and trimming, cutting beds into clear lines, tidying borders and smoothing the rough spots a yard collects over a season. Fall is the honest month for that sort of work, cool enough to move dirt and still warm enough for turf to take hold. Cleanups follow close behind, leaves and spent stalks off the lawn before the first hard freeze sets. Ground that has been shaped right looks good in every month of the year, even the bare ones.
