Roustabout Driveway & Sidewalk

About Roustabout Driveway & Sidewalk

Central Avenue's storefronts date back to when Great Falls was still known as the Electric City for the dams humming just downstream, and their sidewalks still need clearing the old-fashioned way, block by block, before the morning's first customers arrive. Roustabout Driveway & Sidewalk works that stretch of downtown alongside the residential streets that climb the bench above it, treating a sidewalk with the same care as a driveway. Wind funnels down Central Avenue in a way it doesn't on the side streets, packing snow against doorways even after a storm has technically passed. Getting a clean, walkable line down a public sidewalk here isn't optional — it's what keeps a block usable all winter. The avenue's first shop lights flick on over a walk that's already scraped down to concrete.
