About Biggy's Landscape Service, Inc.

Nucleus Avenue runs straight through Columbia Falls like a line drawn with a ruler, and the yards on the blocks behind it keep that same plain honesty — square lots, old shade trees, a strip of grass between sidewalk and street that everybody notices and nobody talks about. Biggy's Landscape Service, Inc. mows those blocks through the long bright middle of the year, when the mountains are still holding snow and the town below is already deep green. The work is unglamorous and exact: cut it even, trim where the mower can't reach, sweep the walk so the clippings don't end up in the gutter. A street where every lawn has been kept is a street that feels looked after, and that feeling is the whole point. Late afternoon, with the light coming down the avenue, it shows.
