Man On A Mission

About Man On A Mission

First light rolls over the Highland Mountains and lays a copper stripe across the Flat, and the mowers are already running. A mile above sea level the grass gets a short bright window between the last frost and the first, so every week of it counts. Man On A Mission mows, trims and edges yards from the Flat to the streets climbing toward the hill, holding straight lines on ground that never quite lies level. The payoff is the look back from the truck: clean stripes, a swept sidewalk, a lawn keeping its color under all that dry Montana sky. Butte asks a lot of a yard, and this is the work that answers.
