A lawn a mile above sea level is a small experiment in stubbornness: bright thin sunlight all day, nights that drop into the forties in July, and a couple of weeks in high summer when the sky simply refuses to help. Grass Gurus works with those facts instead of against them — mowing on a height that keeps moisture in the crown, timing visits so the turf isn't cut in the heat of the day, trimming and edging so the whole yard looks intentional. Clippings come off the concrete, corners get finished by hand, and the pattern changes week to week so the grass never lies down in one direction. Late in the evening, when the lights of Our Lady of the Rockies come on above the east ridge, the yards on the route are all sitting even and dark green. That is the whole point of the job.
