About Shearman LLC

A well-plowed curb line in Bozeman has a particular look to it — straight, close to the concrete, no ragged edge left for the next freeze to grab hold of. Shearman LLC works toward that kind of finish on the residential streets and driveways it clears, running blades low and steady through whatever the Bridger Range has sent down overnight. Winter here rarely announces itself gently; a clear evening can turn into eight inches by 3 a.m., and the trucks are out working long before the valley's alarm clocks go off. There's a particular quiet to those hours, streetlights catching the spray of snow off the blade, no other sound for blocks at a time. By morning, the lines are cut clean, driveways bare down to the pavement, ready for whatever the day asks of them.
