About Dirty Hands Lawncare LLC

Some lawn work starts on bent knees, in the cool of a May morning while dew still beads on the grass beneath the cottonwoods of the Two Medicine River. Dirty Hands Lawncare LLC wears its name honestly: this is lawn care done close to the ground, mowing, trimming and minding yards across the reservation's eastern country. Leaves come late to the river bottoms up here, and the first cut of the year feels like the long winter finally letting go. By the time the sun clears the coulees, the yard lies even and new, the smell of turned soil still rising. Honest dirt under the fingernails, and a lawn that shows it.
