About Billings Lawn & Sprinkler Services Inc

Fourteen inches of rain a year is what the Yellowstone Valley hands a lawn; everything past that comes out of a sprinkler head. Billings Lawn & Sprinkler Services Inc lives on both sides of that fact — charging systems up in April, tuning heads and zones so no corner goes brown while another one puddles, and blowing the lines out ahead of the first hard freeze off the Rimrocks. Between those two dates comes the weekly cutting, trim work and edge work that makes the watering worth doing. Out in the West End, where an afternoon wind can pull the moisture right off the turf, that balance is the entire game. Green grass in dry country is not luck; it is timing.
