Montana Yard Butler

About Montana Yard Butler

The Bridger Range takes the sunrise a full half hour before Belgrade does, and by the time that light comes down off the ridge and onto the valley floor the first mower of the day is already warm. Montana Yard Butler favors those early hours, when the grass is cool and heavy and the blade leaves a cut that looks combed. The work is mowing, edging, string trimming, fertilization and weed control, with a thorough rake-out when a lawn has gone thick with thatch. There is a real pleasure in the final pass along a walkway — the line so straight it could have been drawn with a rule. Behind the truck the street brightens, and the next yard is waiting.
