About Thompson Outdoor

On an August evening in Clay County the catfish ponds go silver, the heat finally lets up, and the last mower of the day is still working a yard at the edge of town. Thompson Outdoor keeps that pace all summer — mow, trim, edge, blow, then on to the next place before the light is gone. Prairie grass grows fast and thick out here, and there is no substitute for showing up on the day, week after week. Standing at the road afterward, looking down a fresh set of stripes with the drive swept bare, is the good part of the job. West Point, Starkville, Columbus and the rest of Clay County are within the service area.
