Local Turfgrass Management

About Local Turfgrass Management

East of Tupelo the land flattens into the old black prairie, and the soil there behaves nothing like the red clay on the west side of town. Local Turfgrass Management works that difference: fertilization on a real schedule, pre- and post-emergent weed control, aeration to open compacted ground, overseeding, and mowing at the height each grass actually wants. Bermuda, zoysia and centipede all keep their own calendar through a north Mississippi August, and turf answers to attention paid in the weeks nobody is watching. Edging, trimming and cleanup finish every visit. A dense, even stand of grass underfoot in July is what the whole year's work is for.
