About DJ's Tree Service LLC

The road south out of Jackson drops into Terry through rolling loess hills, past the old depot and the pines crowding both shoulders of the highway. DJ's Tree Service LLC works those hills, bringing down trees that have leaned past saving, trimming crowns clear of porch roofs and service drops, pruning so a young hardwood has somewhere sensible to grow. When a thunderstorm rolls up the Hinds County line and drops a limb across a gravel drive, the cleanup happens the same day if the light holds. Kudzu will cover a fallen top before you turn around here, and the heat presses down all summer, so timing is part of the craft. A drive cleared at dusk is the plain kind of pride this work runs on.
