The Hodge Co.

About The Hodge Co.

The rail line runs straight through the middle of Saltillo, and the town lays itself out on either side in a grid of quiet streets. In the dormant weeks the grass goes tan and every uncut corner announces itself. The Hodge Co. keeps those corners answered with mowing once growth returns, plus trimming, edging, leaf and debris cleanup and general yard maintenance the rest of the year. Winter work here is mostly clearing — sticks, leaves, whatever a February wind piles against a fence. Then March comes up green all at once and the mowers go back out.
