About UBU Lawn Service

Winter here does not erase a lawn, it just changes its color — Bermuda gone straw-tan, camellias opening pink beside a sleeping yard. UBU Lawn Service keeps at it through those months, cutting when there is growth, cleaning up when there is not, edging walks, clearing beds and carrying off whatever the wind has stacked into the corners. A small Pearl yard kept even through January is the one that looks alive first in March. The remainder of the year runs on the regular rhythm: mow, edge, trim, clear, gone. Whatever a yard happens to be, it gets to be itself, kept neat and true to its own size.
