About Mississippi stump services

A clear January day in Rankin County is the right day for a stump. The sky goes high and pale, the ground is dormant and forgiving, and the grinder throws a fan of pale chips across grass that will not hold it against you. Mississippi stump services takes out what is left behind after a pine or an oak comes down — ground below the surface, chips raked in or hauled off, the hole filled and leveled so a mower rolls straight over it come March. The rest of the year runs to mowing, trimming and clearing, but the stumps are what people remember, because a stump is the last stubborn argument a tree gets to make. Settling it gives a Pearl yard its whole shape back.
