About Rob Bobs Lawncare

First light in Lafayette County comes up soft and pink over the red clay, and the Bermuda is still holding dew when the first mower of the day starts. Rob Bobs Lawncare works Oxford's summer at the hour it is still kind — mowing, edging along the drive, string trimming the fence lines a mower can't reach, then blowing the walks clean so nothing is left behind but the pattern in the grass. By the time the heat leans in over town, the yard is already finished and the clippings are already gone. There is a plain satisfaction in a straight edge along a curb, that small exact line telling anyone passing by that somebody was here and took care. Come fall the same route runs again with leaves instead of grass, and the yards go into winter tidy.
