About Clayton Professional Services

Late light in Oxford comes through the cedars along the walk to Rowan Oak in long bands, and it is the hour when a well-kept yard looks its truest. Clayton Professional Services mows on a set schedule, edges the walks, shapes hedges back to the line the house wants, and lays mulch dark and even in the beds. Grass grows hard from March into October in this part of Mississippi, so the calendar matters as much as the blade — a lawn cut a week late never quite catches up. Cleanups come at both ends of the year, when the beds need emptying and the ground needs opening. What stays with a homeowner is the small pleasure of pulling in and finding everything exactly where it should be.
