About Brooks Lawn Care & Services

Oxford wakes slowly around the courthouse, and the trailers are rolling before the awnings come down on the Square. Brooks Lawn Care & Services works the streets that ring the center of town, mowing, edging and trimming until a yard reads as tidy from the sidewalk as it does from the front porch. Summer here runs long and green, and Bermuda answers a weekly blade with a color that makes a whole block look looked-after. When the hardwoods let go in November they come down nearly all at once, and the leaves get cleared off before the first cold rain mats them into the turf. It is plain work in a plain order, and it shows in the clean line where grass meets drive.
