About Them Yard Boyz L.L.C

Truck and trailer pull up, ramps drop, and a mid-July Olive Branch street goes loud for about twenty minutes. Them Yard Boyz L.L.C move in sequence — mower cutting the open ground, trimmer working the fence line and the mailbox post, edger opening the concrete back up, blower sweeping the drive clean — and then the noise moves on down the block. Working as a crew is how you beat the north Mississippi heat: nobody is out there alone at two in the afternoon in ninety-five degrees. Cleanups get the same treatment, several hands on it instead of one. Quick in, thorough, gone — and a yard left looking sharp behind you.
