About Pnuts Lawncare LLC

The first real cool front of October comes down over Oak Grove like somebody opened a window, and the water oaks start letting go a few leaves at a time. Pnuts Lawncare LLC keeps mowing right through it — the grass slows but does not quit, and a fall lawn cut on schedule holds its color weeks longer than one that gets forgotten. Leaves come off the turf, borders get recut where summer softened them, the trimmer takes the fence corners, and the drive and porch go back to bare concrete. There is a particular pleasure in the final pass, when the light is low and the yard is quiet and every line runs true. Around Oak Grove, Bellevue and out toward Lumberton, that is the work: showing up, cutting it right, leaving it better than the road expected.
