About Clean Cuts Outdoor Services

Fog lies low along the Luxapalila on a New Hope morning, and the grass holds it until the sun climbs high enough to burn it away. That is the hour Clean Cuts Outdoor Services likes best for mowing, while the light is still slanted and the day has not gone heavy. Out here east of Columbus, where pasture opens between the pines and red clay shows at the shoulder of the road, a yard is the first thing anyone reads about a house. We take the grass down level, run the edge straight down the drive, trim close around the mailbox post, and blow the walks clean so nothing is left but the stripes. Come evening, when the light turns gold across Lowndes County, the place looks tended — and that is the whole point.
