Autumn on the Itawamba ridges turns the oaks copper for a couple of weeks and then hands all of it to the lawns below. This Mantachie lawn care business answers with blowers, rakes and a last few cuts, getting the leaves off the turf so the grass goes into winter uncovered. Through the growing months the loop is familiar — mow, edge, trim, sweep the walk, come back when promised. Grass in these hills answers to consistency more than to anything else, and yards on a regular schedule show the difference. Mantachie, Fulton and the surrounding Itawamba County communities are all within the day's driving.
