Modest Mowing

About Modest Mowing

Some Madison streets never make anybody's list — a short run of houses under water oaks, a couple of mailboxes leaning, everything ordinary and worth keeping that way. Modest Mowing works exactly there, taking a manageable handful of yards and giving each one an unhurried visit instead of racing a clock. Grass gets cut at a sensible height, the trimmer follows the fence and the foundation, the drive gets its edge, and the walk goes back clean. Leaves get moved when the oaks start dropping and beds get weeded before anything gets away. It is a small operation by choice, and the reward is knowing every lawn on the route by name and by the way it wants to be cut.
