About K S II Lawn Service, LLC

Summer storms build over Madison in the middle of the afternoon, drop an inch of rain in twenty minutes, and clear out to steam rising off the driveways. K S II Lawn Service, LLC works around that pattern all season, reading the sky and pushing the route so the mowing lands on grass that will cut instead of tear. What follows a storm is its own kind of work: limbs down, clippings washed across the concrete, beds silted over, walks needing a hard blow-off before anybody uses them. The standing service stays mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup, with weeds pulled while the ground is still soft enough to give them up whole. Rain is not an interruption in this part of Mississippi — it is just the schedule, and this crew works to it.
