About Davis Lawn service

Evening comes slow over Lake Tiak-O'Khata, the water flattening out to gold just off the edge of town, and that soft hour is when a well-kept Louisville yard shows what it has. Davis Lawn service mows to an even height, runs the trimmer tight around fence posts, mailbox stands and the base of every shade tree, and sweeps the walk before the truck rolls out. Beds are cut back to a definite border and shrubs are brought down off the windows so the porch gets its view again. When fall arrives the pin oaks and sweetgums let go all at once, and leaf removal becomes the whole job — gathered and hauled, not pushed into somebody else's ditch. It is ordinary work carried all the way to the end, and the end is a yard that looks finished from the road.
