About Leas Landscaping and Gutters LLC

Highway 27 runs south out of Jayess with pine standing close on both shoulders, and by mid-morning the light comes down through the trees in long bright slats. Leas Landscaping and Gutters LLC works these yards where sand and red clay trade places and the grass grows hard from April on. Mowing, edging, string trimming, hauling the clippings off — then up the ladder to clear the pine straw out of the gutters before the next thunderhead builds over the Bogue Chitto. There is real satisfaction in a straight line held the whole length of a drive, and in a downspout that runs clear when the rain finally arrives. Summer in Lawrence County does not ask politely; the work keeps pace with it anyway.
