About Desoto Turf

July in DeSoto County is a test, and turf is where you see the results of it. Heat sits down on Hernando by ten in the morning, the crepe myrtles go pink along the streets, and Bermuda and zoysia either thrive on the punishment or thin out under it. Desoto Turf works to the grass rather than the calendar — mowing at the height the lawn actually wants, edging so the border stays honest, trimming what the mower cannot reach, clearing every clipping off the walk. A dense, even stand of grass in the middle of a Mississippi August is not an accident; it is a season of small decisions made right. Hernando yards can carry that green all the way to the first cool morning in October.
