Fresh cut lawn

About Fresh cut lawn

In Helena, close to the Mississippi Gulf Coast, the grass grows in air that feels half water, with a south breeze off the Gulf by day and a thunderstorm most summer afternoons. Fresh Cut Lawn mows, trims and edges this Jackson County community's yards, keeping them crisp in a climate that never stops pushing growth. The trick is timing: cutting between showers and tidying the clippings away before the next downpour can wash them into the street. The scent of grass cut in coastal heat is green and sharp, and it's the signature this business leaves on each yard it visits.
