About Miguel Lawn care

Two o'clock on a Scott County afternoon, the courthouse square in Forest goes quiet and the heat presses down on the old Highway 80 storefronts. Miguel Lawn care works straight through it — mowing set at the right height, string trimming along walls and fence lines, edges cut where the turf runs at the sidewalk, clippings blown back into the yard where they belong. Central Mississippi grass grows close to nine months of the year, so the calendar never really slackens. Finishing a lot in that heat and looking back at it clean is its own kind of pay. Come evening the shade returns over the yards, and the town looks trimmed and settled.
