About Deltascapes

The dirt around Cleveland is old river dirt, black and deep, laid down by water long before anyone thought to plant a lawn in it — and it shows in how hard the grass comes on. Deltascapes meets that growth with regular mowing, trimming, edging and cleanup, holding yards level and even week by week. Summer afternoons build thunderheads that stand up white over the flat country, so there is a rhythm to working the morning and reading the sky. Little suits an open horizon like a lawn that has just been cut and edged. The work covers Cleveland and reaches out to Shaw, Mound Bayou and Renova.
