McCulloch Scapes

About McCulloch Scapes

Where the Natchez Trace crosses Madison County the mown shoulders roll away in one long unbroken green, and it is hard not to admire whoever keeps them that way. McCulloch Scapes brings something of that instinct to yards around Canton: wide, even cutting, no scalped humps, no missed strip down along the ditch. Add the finish work, the trimming at the posts, the cut where turf meets driveway, the blower over the walks, and an ordinary lot begins to look intentional. Spring here is loud and quick, everything growing at the same moment, and keeping pace with it is most of the craft. The reward is plain enough: a lawn that looks unhurried, even in May.
