About Foster's Landscaping LLC

The hills around Calhoun City roll hard toward the Yalobusha, and a lawn cut into that grade has to be read before it is mowed — where the water runs, where the clay gives, where the shade sits all afternoon beneath the oaks. Foster's Landscaping LLC works with the land rather than against it: mowing, edging and trimming, plus landscape work like bed shaping, mulch, shrub trimming and planting chosen to hold a slope instead of sliding off it. Autumn in Calhoun County means hardwood leaves and dropped limbs, and there is real satisfaction in a yard raked down to a smooth face before the first cold snap. Spring brings the opposite errand — beds cut back in, fresh mulch, the grade greening up from the bottom of the hollow. Service runs through Calhoun City and out to Bruce, Derma, Vardaman and Pittsboro.
