About Dixon lawn and Painting Service LLc

October is Byram's honest month — pecan hulls scattered on the drive, the light gone gold by four o'clock, the humidity finally off the porch. Dixon lawn and Painting Service LLc works both sides of a property in that weather: mowing, edging, trimming and leaf cleanup outside, brush and roller on porch rails, trim and siding while the air is dry enough to take paint. Standing back at the end of such a day, with a fresh coat over a fresh cut, the whole house seems to step forward off its lot. Grass and paint want opposite conditions, which is its own kind of puzzle worth solving week to week. Work runs through Byram and the roads out toward Terry and Crystal Springs.
