About Reeds landscaping

Late February in Marshall County hands out one warm afternoon like a rumor, and the hills rolling east toward Holly Springs National Forest go from gray to faint green almost overnight. That is when Reeds landscaping starts opening beds back up, cutting down old growth, renewing mulch, shaping shrubs before they push. New plantings go in while the ground is still cool and the spring rains have work left to do on their behalf. By the time the Wolf River bottoms are loud with frogs, a yard looks like somebody planned it on purpose. Bed maintenance, cleanups and regular mowing keep that plan from getting away over a long Mississippi summer.
