Warrior tree care

About Warrior tree care

Winona sits up on the ridge with the Ozark hollows falling away toward the Current River and the Jacks Fork, shortleaf pine and white oak thick on every slope. Warrior tree care works that ground — removals on steep lots where a tree has to come down in pieces, trimming to open a view or clear a lane back to the house, pruning that keeps young hardwoods growing straight. Spring storms roll up out of the southwest and hit the hills hard; storm damage cleanup afterward means chainsaw, rope, and a long day of carrying brush out of the timber. There is a satisfaction in the last load, when the gravel drive is clear again and the woods look like woods instead of wreckage. Under all of it is respect for trees that have stood in these hills a long while.
