About Dobbs Property Services LLC

The creeks around West Finley run clear over gravel, and even in August the cedars keep a pocket of shade for anybody willing to work into the afternoon. Dobbs Property Services LLC takes the tail end of those hot days, when the light comes sideways through the oaks and the hills give back a degree or two. The work is plain and it shows plainly: grass cut on a steady rotation, string trimming around beds, mailbox posts and outbuildings, the sod trimmed back where it tries to creep over the concrete, and the season's blown-in litter carried out of the corners. There is a particular stillness to a yard finished at six o'clock in hill country, the lawn laid all one direction and the drive swept clean. Then it is on to the next one, and back again in seven days.
