About Pleasant Acres Land Service

Midday in July the air out here smells like cut grass and hot gravel, and the shade under a lone oak in the middle of a field is worth crossing a pasture for. Pleasant Acres Land Service works the larger yards around Warren, the kind that stretch from the house out to wherever the mowing stops and the field begins. Keeping that boundary crisp — a true line, no ragged fringe, trimmer work around every post and stone — is what makes an acre read as a lawn instead of a meadow. The cutting stays on a weekly rhythm the whole time growth is on. When the leaves come they come by the wagonload, and that gets handled too.
