About B & H Yardworks LLC

October comes down all at once in the hollows around Calvey — hickory yellow first, then the oaks, until a lawn disappears under a single week of wind. Clearing it is the season's real labor, and there is a plain satisfaction in the moment the turf shows green again and the beds have a sharp line drawn around them. The rest of the year runs on a weekly rhythm: mowing, trimming around trees and posts, edging the sidewalk, the drive swept clear before leaving. Beds get mulched when the ground warms, and shrubs get cut back before they swallow the porch light. Yards here sit on uneven ground, and making them look even is most of the trick.
