About AC Outdoors

Northwest of Troy the Lincoln Hills go rugged and the Cuivre River cuts through oak woods and glades where wildflowers push up out of thin rocky soil every April. AC Outdoors works the yards on that side of the county — weekly mowing, trimming around trees, fences and beds, edging drives and walks, and clearing brush and clippings so a place keeps its shape against the timber. Country lots do not stay tidy on their own out here; the tree line will take back three feet a summer if nobody argues with it. Fall means leaves and a low final cut, and spring means digging a yard back out of winter. The pleasure is in the line where mown grass stops and the woods begin, kept honest all year.
