Thompson Tree Care and Landscaping

About Thompson Tree Care and Landscaping

St. Louis is a city of big old trees: sycamores with bark peeling to white, pin oaks and maples whose limbs meet over the streets. Thompson Tree Care and Landscaping looks after them, pruning and trimming crowns, taking out limbs that have grown risky, and shaping the landscape that grows beneath. Late fall, after the leaves come down, is when a tree's structure shows plainly against a gray river sky. A careful cut in that season means a tree that greets next summer balanced and full, casting shade over beds and grass kept orderly at its feet. In a city that treasures its canopy, that kind of stewardship is a quiet civic gift.
