About Metro Land Services, LLC.

The Delmar Loop wakes up slowly after a snowfall, marquee lights from the old theaters glowing dull against a grey sky while the MetroLink platform stays half-buried until someone clears it. Metro Land Services, LLC handles the lots and sidewalks along that stretch, timing the first pass to match the earliest trains and the shopkeepers who open before the rest of the street stirs. Delmar's mix of brick storefronts and street-level businesses means every block has its own quirks — narrow entryways, uneven curbs, a stretch of sidewalk that always ices first. Getting a clean path from the platform to the shop doors before the morning rail crowd arrives is its own small race against the clock. By the time the Loop's neon signs flicker fully on for the evening, the morning's work is long forgotten underfoot.
