Clifford's Cut N Clean

About Clifford's Cut N Clean

The cut is only half of it. Clifford's Cut N Clean mows, trims and edges lawns around Leadington and the towns that ring it, then spends the last minutes of every stop making the concrete look like a mower was never there — walks swept clear, drive blown, no green streak down the curb. Saturdays in this part of Missouri smell like hot grass and gasoline, and the sound of a blower carries three streets in either direction. County ground rolls more than it lies flat, which is exactly why a straight border along a bed or a walkway is something the eye catches. That last five minutes is the part worth taking pride in.
