About Block Land Management Services, LLC

West of the Spring River valley the ground opens into hay meadows and section-line fencerows, and a mowed yard has to hold its own against all that space. Block Land Management Services, LLC cuts lawns in Spring River and out along the gravel roads around it, keeping turf that runs right up to pasture from going ragged at the seam. Late August arrives dry and gold here, grasshoppers going up ahead of the deck, the chert clay hard underfoot. The reward is a place that reads as tended from the county road: grass laid down in even passes, borders held square, the gravel apron swept back to stone. Plain work, and it holds all week.
