About GC Signature Outdoors LLC

Late in a storm afternoon, when squalls come sideways off Smithville Lake and the ridgetop subdivisions above it disappear into white, GC Signature Outdoors LLC is still out working the cul-de-sacs that climb away from the water. The company clears driveways and parking lots for households and small properties scattered across the hills north of Kansas City, laying salt down before ice can set into the pavement overnight. Snow here doesn't fall so much as blow, catching on rooflines and fence rows above the reservoir, and clearing a driveway means reading which way the wind piled it. GC Signature Outdoors runs plow routes through Smithville's newer streets and the older lanes closer to town, working until the last lot is scraped down to blacktop. It's steady, deliberate work, matching the shape of each drive to the blade, storm after storm.
