About Hill & Hill Maintenance/Excvtn

Shell Knob sits out on a peninsula of ridges above Table Rock Lake, and a driveway climbing from the water to a ridge-top house can gain a couple hundred feet of elevation in only a few hundred yards. Hill & Hill Maintenance/Excvtn plows those grades the way the terrain demands, slow near the steepest turns, where tires lose their grip first, faster once the drive levels out onto the ridge. Winter light off the lake comes in low and flat this time of year, throwing long shadows across stretches of driveway that stay slick well after the open ridge above has already dried out. Clearing a climb like that end to end, all the way down to where the drive meets the water road, is what separates a house that's reachable from one that isn't until afternoon. A cleared lake-view drive under that low winter light still has something to look at, plain as the work is.
