GRB Lawn Service

About GRB Lawn Service

By mid-July the lake at Liberty Park sits flat as a plate, the ducks give up arguing, and every blade of grass in Sedalia is asking for either water or shade. GRB Lawn Service runs the heat rather than waiting it out, starting early and cutting a little higher when the weeks go dry so the turf holds its color. Mowing, trimming, edging, and hauling off the clippings is the whole of it, done in an order that has stopped changing. A lawn kept honest through a Missouri August is worth more than one rescued in September, and that is the point of the routine. The reward comes at dusk, when the last yard on the list is even, the borders are clean, and the crickets take over.
